They are quick to make and packed with nutrients.
Plus, they are filling, easy to digest, and very portable!

4 Simple Smoothies That Will Rock Your Socks Off

Peaches and Greens

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 scoop greens powder (orange flavor optional)
  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1 Medjool date, pitted
  • 1 ½ cup spring water or nut mil
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ½ cup plain coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbspraw coconut oil
  • 1 scoop of greens powder (orange flavor optional)
  • 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup of frozen tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, etc.)
  • ½ frozen banana

Chocolate Orange

  • ½ cup chocolate almond milk
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tbsp raw organic cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1 Medjool date, pitted
  • 1 scoop ofgreens powder (orange flavor optional)
  • a small handful of ice
  • cacao nibs for garnish (optional)

Coco Crazy

  • 1 scoop ofvegan, vanilla protein powder
  • 5 cups coconut water, organic
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, raw
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp ground flax

Preparation:

The preparation is the same for each of these smoothies. Place everything into your kitchen blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth!
