All these mentioned plants are containing omega-6 fatty acids. But probably you didn’t know that soybean oil is included almost at every packaged food which could be found at supermarkets. It is also very important to take care about the ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in your food. It is recommended to consume at ratio 3 to 1 (omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids). It is surprising that in general this ratio is almost 25! Any ratio higher than 3 is very dangerous for your health and joint pain is regular consequence of this nutrition habit. So it is very important to reduce this ratio. You can do it by elimination of fried food, margarine, red meat and egg yolks.

3. Sweet Soda

All sodas are harmful for your health! Even diet soda is dangerous and could be reason of health problems, especially joint pain. Except the danger of diabetes and heart diseases these sodas are containing inflammatory triggers called cytokines. Medical examinations showed that the risk of getting arthritis and gout are for 65% bigger at people which were consuming sodas than people which didn’t have that habit.
