Great Diet Avocado and Banana Ice-cream (Low-fat, Vegan)

If you are suffering daily with your diet or with your hard food regime we can offer you one ice-cream which is a tasty dessert but healthy.
It is an ice-cream prepared of banana and avocado.
These two fruits have awesome health benefits and that is the reason more to call them super foods!
We add some raspberries, but you can choose and another red fruit which will satisfy your taste.

Great Diet Avocado and Banana Ice-cream ( Low-fat, Vegan)

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup of almond milk or rise milk
  • 1 spoon of coconut butter
  • 2 spoons of frozen raspberries
  • 1 spoon of agave or brown sugar

Preparation:

Cut the banana at small cubes and put it to freeze for about two hours. If you have it already frozen than it is a much better solution because when you add some milk it instantly becomes tasty ice-cream. All other ingredients (fruits and liquids) which you intend to use should be frozen or cooled at refrigerator.

When banana cubes get defrost a little bit put them into the kitchen blender and add almond or rise milk and avocado. Add one spoon of coconut butter (another super food!)which gives a creamy texture and fat to the low-fat milk. It also removes the ice particles into the ice-cream. Then add the brown sugar or agave and blend it to the desired density. Add the frozen raspberries at the end of process. Mix them good with the rest ingredients. At this times when the summer is only on one step of us you can eat this healthy dessert as a mousse or little bit cooled of the fridge.
