  • 200 g of raw organic honey
  • 250 g of nettle seeds (grounded)
  • 250g tahini (sesame paste, tahini)
  • 1 lemon

Mix all ingredients until you get a smooth mixture. Stir this strong antioxidant mixture into jar. Leave it to stay like that for 1 day. Then start with consumption. Store it into the refrigerator.
