- 250g tahini (sesame paste, tahini)

Mix all ingredients until you get a smooth mixture. Stir this strong antioxidant mixture into jar. Leave it to stay like that for 1 day. Then start with consumption. Store it into the refrigerator.
For the best results consume 1 big tablespoon in the morning on an empty stomach.

Prepare at home – Natural recipe for tahini:
- 1 tablespoon sesame (or linseed)
