How you can prepare the banana flower curry:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of mustard seeds
- 2 green chilies
- 2-3 yellow onions
- 2 banana flowers
- 1/2 tbsp of turmeric
- some salt and Hing spice
- 1-2 tbsp of coriander powder
- some curry leaves
- 1 little cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of grated coconut
Take a pan and add to it olive oil and the mustard seeds. Wait until it sputters.
After that add the chopped green chilies, onions and chopped banana flower.
Spice all that with turmeric, salt, Hing, coriander powder. Add the curry leaves at the end.
Add the water into the pan and cover it with a lid for while.
