Healthy thyroid work is controlled by proper action of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) which are produced by hypothalamus.

Tea Drinks Supporting Healthy Thyroid!
In order to have healthy thyroid we need to take good care about it.
One of them is to support its function by consuming healthy natural drinks which are great for it.
The cranberry tea combination is an excellent support for its normal functioning and at the same time it is tasty and refreshing.
- 2 cup of natural 100% cranberry juice
- 12 cups of purified water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp melted ginger
- 1/2 tsp melted nutmeg
- 2 cups of fresh orange natural juice (about 5 orances)
- 1/2 cup of fresh natural lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
Preparation of Healthy Thyroid Tea:
- Boil the water and add the cranberry juice.
- Low the heat and add cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg
- Mix it and leave at middle heat for 25 minutes
- Leave it to cool enough
- Add the orange and lemon juice
- Add some ice cubes (optionally)
