7 Ways to Keep Your Body Young and Healthy

Search for the elixir of youth is not new, since man knows he is mortal, and since the alchemists of the Dark Ages were determined to find a substance that would provide health, beauty and eternal life. Finding a nearly perfect solution, in this day and age, might be very simple and accessible to all, not just those familiar with alchemy, and without having to invest large amounts of money on expensive treatments, products or surgery.

1. Sleep and rest properly

Being tense and without the necessary rest, body can hardly exploit nutrients from food. Give yourself time for recreation and rest, avoid too much work or study and organize your time well.

2. Exfoliate your skin daily and keep it clean

Exfoliation promotes cell regeneration and helps remove old cells, toxins and accumulated dirt in the pores of the skin. It also stimulates circulation and oxygenation of the dermis. This is essential for the skin to always look fresh and young.

3. Drink at least 2 or 3 glasses of fruit juice and eat fresh vegetables daily

The juices revitalize the whole organism because they are full of enzymes. It is important that the fruits and vegetables are varied every day, that they are fresh and preferably organic, since the latter are better because they are free of pesticides, hormones and other harmful and very irritating substances for the body.

4. Light dinner for a fabulous morning

In the evenings dine light and avoid overly cooked and sugary foods of all types (except fruit). Bedtime is a good time to maximize the absorption of nutrients you need, so if you have dinner that contains of fresh salad with some cheese or tofu, or some sweet fruit, you will see that in the morning you will feel wonderful. If you consume too many sugary things or irritants such as coffee, your nervous system would be altered, and you would not get adequate rest.

5. Prepare foods that taste good

Eating healthy does not mean depriving yourself of the pleasure of food. When you eat with pleasure and enjoyment, pancreas, stomach and liver are stimulated and the digestion is carried out in a more efficient manner. So take the time to eat slowly and healthy, and do not forget to tickle your palate.

6. Exercise is the key

Perform any high impact activity like swimming, running short distances, mountain climbing or some kind of dance. The breathing that takes place in this type of activity is ideal to stimulate and effectively oxygenate the entire body and outdoor activities under the sun will keep your mind open and fresh. Moreover, bouncing your problems away on adult jumping castles you could hire would not only improve your body’s physique, but transform your whole mood as well, making you feel youthful and life fun and enjoyable.

7. Focus on what you like and beautiful things

The negative, angry, depressing, pessimistic thoughts slow down the intensity or brightness of the energy absorbed by the body, and sooner or later, this is reflected in the appearance of the whole new person, who would look dull, lifeless and with no charisma. Find the time to relax and enjoy the stress-free life in order to shine brightly to the world.

It is enough to treat your body responsibly, taking care of its health and appearance in a natural way, such as a healthy diet and regular physical activity. You will see that, with the right change of lifestyle, not much is needed to keep your body young and to be healthy, vibrant and beautiful.
